Laser hair removal is a medical procedure that uses a laser — an intense, pulsating beam of light — to remove unwanted hair. The beam passes through the skin to an individual hair follicle, and the heat damages that follicle so it stops producing hair. Nothing is waxed, shaved or plucked; the follicle itself is switched off.
Because hair only responds while it is in its active growth phase, and only a fraction of your follicles are in that phase at any moment, a course of sessions is not an upsell — it is how the treatment works. Every price on this page is the price of the complete course, six or eight sessions depending on the area, not a per-visit rate.
Good for: anyone tired of shaving, waxing or the ingrown hairs and razor burn that come with them — face, underarms, arms, legs, chest, stomach, back, bikini and Brazilian.
Downtime: none. Expect mild redness and a warm, sunburn-like feeling for a few hours. You can go straight back to your day.
Spacing: sessions sit four to eight weeks apart depending on the area, so plan on roughly six to twelve months to complete a course.
Before you come: shave the area the day before — do not wax, pluck or use depilatory creams for four weeks, as the laser needs an intact follicle to target. Avoid sun exposure and self-tanner on the area for two weeks.
