• CO₂ Wart Removal

  from $300

  A medical treatment, not a cosmetic one. Performed by our Nurse Practitioner, the ablative surgical laser vaporises infected tissue down to the viral root and seals the blood vessels feeding it — which is why clearance is faster and far more complete than topical or freezing approaches on stubborn, painful warts.

  Includes: medical assessment, localised lidocaine numbing block, targeted laser treatment and post-care dressing.

  Base price covers one wart. Each additional wart is $150 — select the additional wart add-on at checkout. Self-pay medical service; insurance not accepted.

• Scar Revision

  $400–$900

  For scars you did not choose — a C-section line, an abdominoplasty scar, an old injury or burn. Fractional CO₂ breaks up the dense, disorganised collagen that makes a scar read as a scar, then prompts the skin to lay down something closer to normal tissue in its place. Raised texture flattens, the colour mismatch softens, and the edge stops catching the light. Priced by the length and area of the scar, per session.

  Mature scars respond better than fresh ones. If your surgery was recent, call before booking — there is a right point in the healing curve to start, and it is worth waiting for.

• Acne Scar Resurfacing

  $750–$2,000

  The treatment CO₂ is best known for, and the reason most people find this page. Ice pick, boxcar and rolling scars sit at different depths, so the intensity is matched to the scarring rather than sold as a single package. Lighter passes refine surface texture; heavier ones reach the scar architecture underneath.

  Moderate is the most popular tier for a reason — it reaches real scarring without asking for a fortnight of your life. For deep scarring, a series is usually recommended over a single heavy pass, and we will map that out before you commit to the first one.

• Eye Rejuvenation

  $800–$1,200

  The skin around the eye is the thinnest on the body, which is why it creases first and why it responds so well to a laser precise enough to treat it. Fractional CO₂ targets crepey lids, fine lines, under-eye wrinkling, mild laxity and the early hooded look — without surgery.

  Most clients need several sessions spaced 6–8 weeks apart, depending on laxity and how your collagen responds. Consultation required; strict SPF and aftercare compliance are non-negotiable in this area.

• Full Face Resurfacing

  $1,500–$2,500

  Everything at once — texture, pores, fine lines, sun damage and pigmentation, treated across the whole face so the result is even rather than patched. Twenty years on the Grand Strand shows up on skin; this is the treatment that addresses it comprehensively instead of one concern at a time.
