1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the A’Luxe Medical Aesthetics website and any appointment you book through it. By using this site or booking with us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Not Medical Advice

Everything on this website — treatment descriptions, pricing, benefits, expected downtime, before and after imagery — is general information, not medical advice, and not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Nothing here creates a provider-patient relationship. Only a licensed provider who has assessed you in person can tell you whether a treatment is appropriate for you. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

3. Results Are Not Guaranteed

Aesthetic outcomes vary from person to person and depend on your anatomy, skin, health, age, aftercare and how consistently you complete a recommended course of treatment. Any images, testimonials, ranges or timelines shown on this site illustrate what has been achieved for some patients — they are not a promise, a prediction or a guarantee of your result. Individual results will differ.

4. Eligibility and Consultation

You must be at least 18 to book treatment on your own behalf. Patients under 18, where a treatment is appropriate at all, require the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian. Certain treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with specific medications or medical conditions, or on recently tanned skin. Every treatment begins with a consultation, and we reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment when it would not be safe or appropriate. You are responsible for giving us complete and accurate health information.

5. Booking, Deposits and Payment

Appointments requested through the site or by phone are confirmed only when we confirm them. Prices shown are starting prices in U.S. dollars, are subject to change, and may vary with the treatment area, product quantity, session count or the plan agreed at your consultation. The price quoted to you at consultation governs. Certain treatments require a deposit to hold the appointment, which is applied to the cost of that treatment. Payment is due at the time of service unless a package or plan says otherwise.

6. Cancellations, Late Arrivals and No-Shows

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not showing up, may forfeit the deposit or incur a fee.
• Arriving late may mean a shortened session or rescheduling, since we cannot run into the next patient’s time.
• If we have to cancel or reschedule, we will contact you as early as we can and will not charge you.

7. Packages, Series and Refunds

Because treatments are performed services, they are non-refundable once delivered. Prepaid packages and treatment series are non-refundable and non-transferable, and expire twelve months from purchase unless stated otherwise in writing. Unused sessions have no cash value. If you are unhappy with a result, tell us — we would much rather assess you and discuss options than have you sit with it.

8. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are void if lost or stolen. Promotional pricing applies only for the stated period, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and may exclude certain treatments or providers.

9. Aftercare

Your result depends heavily on what you do after you leave. You agree to follow the aftercare instructions given to you, including sun protection, activity restrictions and product guidance. Failing to follow aftercare can compromise your outcome and, with some treatments, increase the risk of complications. Contact us promptly if anything about your recovery concerns you.

10. Website Use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape, copy or republish its content. All text, imagery, layout, branding and design on this site are owned by A’Luxe Medical Aesthetics or used under licence and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

This site links to third-party services, including online booking and social media. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12. Communications

By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your appointments and account. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and can be stopped at any time — reply STOP to a text or use the unsubscribe link in an email. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This website is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A’Luxe Medical Aesthetics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Horry County, South Carolina, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
